Terms and Conditions of Sale
Errors and Omissions, Jeeppart.com makes every effort to ensure the
accuracy of the information published in our brochures on the Website. However,
the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical
inaccuracies or typographical errors. Jeeppart.com makes no representations
about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site.
All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" and without warranty of any
kind. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price,
Jeeppart.com shall maintain the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders placed
at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your
credit card, Jeeppart.com shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the
incorrect price.All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Made In California
All sales shall be deemed made
in the State of California, USA, regardless of the location of the Customer. The
Customer agrees that any dispute with Jeeppart.com arising out of the Customer's
purchase from Jeeppart.com shall be brought by the Customer exclusively in the
state and/or federal courts situated in the State of California; and the
customer hereby agrees that such venue is appropriate and that Jeeppart.com’s
agreement to sell and deliver products to the Customer is solely dependent on
this provision
2. Customer Acknowledgment
The customer hereby
acknowledges agreement with these terms of sale by the placement of an order to
purchase a Product from Jeeppart.com.
3. Purchase Price
Prices are subject to change that are listed in
brochures and the website. Price changes may occur at any time.
a). Payment is due at the time of shipment.
b). Jeeppart.com is a California based company and as such collects sales and use
taxes to the residents of the State of California. Jeeppart.com shall not be
liable for any handling and/or customs charges for shipments made outside the
United States.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jeeppart.com be liable for damages that occur that
are special, incidental, and/or consequential but, not limited to loss of profit
and/or opportunity. Jeeppart.com shall not be liable in matters that exceed the
repair and/or cost of replacement of the part and/or product. Such disclaimers
may or may not be recognized in your particular state. Customers may have
alternative rights and/or options in which one can take to remedy or rectify
such a situation. Such rights may and often do vary from state to state.
5. Exclusive Agreement.
These Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement
between the Customer and Jeeppart.com for the matters set forth herein, and
shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth
in Jeeppart.com's invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in Customers'
purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no
effect.
6. Returns
The return of parts and/or product(s) are subject to Jeeppart.com’s
current policies and procedures as set forth at the website and in its
documents, and shipping statements. These are subject to any additional and/or
lesser return rights that are maintained by the manufacturer and/or
suppliers.
7. General
The terms of the sale are subject to and set up to the laws of the
State of California. If for some event the Laws of the State of California are
unenforceable, that section alone will be removed from the terms of sale, and
the remaining conditions shall remain in effect and be enforced. Jeeppart.com is
not responsible for Acts of God, and from such actions, both caused by
governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, not, seizure, and
embargo. The Terms of Sale maybe changed, adjusted on occasion by Jeeppart.com
without notice.
Product Availability
Most product ships within 48
hours. There are some special products that require a longer amount of time. We
will make every effort at Jeeppart.com to get your product to you in the
shortest possible time. It is our policy to wait 7-10 days before checking on
the status of an order. This of course excludes holidays.
Warranty Policy
Jeeppart.com is not responsible for manufacturer warranty and product defects. Items with defects
that are still under warranty must be returned to the manufacture. To get the
phone number and address to the manufacture of the product, please call us, and
we will help you contact them. The customer pays all shipping charges to and
from the manufacturer. All of our parts represent the very best quality
available.
